This has been an IUP item for years, which makes me question if it is directed. I can't remember the last IUP kicker who would just bury kickoffs.
I know when IUP played Seton Hill this year it bothered IUP that SH's kicker just smashed every kickoff and IUP had no chance at setting up returns. Tort said so himself on his show.
