So its interesting that apparently GenX won the election for Trump. I agree with your points here, but you missed one important point, institutions we all trusted lost their credibility. Legacy media, Academia, and government agencies in particular. A couple examples that were huge

Trump won in 2016 because of Russia
If you get vaccinated you won't get covid
A piece of cloth on your face protects you from covid
Hunter's laptop was Russian propaganda
Covid came from a pangolin
Joe Biden was sharp as a tack
Trans women have no advantage in women's sports.

There's a lot more, but these are some of the most obvious. when there's no Cronkite level trust, its hard to be good critical thinkers. I don't blame people I blame the institutions

I'm with you on that - but they still have to prove the conspiracy...AND prove that Joe was in on it. That has not happened, which to me tells me that its false. What most likely happened is that Hunter was leeching off of his father's position for his own personal benefit. If true, once again, that falls squarely on a middle aged grown ass adult, not his old fart father, unless of course there is evidence that Joe was in on it.

As much as I don't think its the right thing to do from a justice perspective, but I would admire a pardon and truce of sorts because I think the majority of the country is sick and tired of the circus of going after each other. Until there is evidence, people need to shut the eff up. But then again, what would Ben Shapiro have to talk about?

That's quite a bizarre assertion considering that Trump's brand of government is not close to the definition of a
"republic" or a "democracy", whichever nuanced term you want to use. That's the point.

This is one of the ironies I identified too. Some on the right fetishize the need to use our guns against the government - but based on spoken and printed word, I feel like I'd more likely need to use my guns against a Trump government than a Harris government.
