Yanking Shields was interesting. Bullpen wasn't sharp. IUP now down 3-2.

The opposing pitcher is beyond in the zone right now.

Bang bang play that looked different in real time from the overhead camera. But I have zero issues with the call.
WTF were you watching? Get some glasses. His hand clearly slides in before the high tag.

Agree with you IUPbigINDIANS . neither angle was good. Just wondering why they did not have an angle from the 3rd base line. I think that could have told the real story. I thought he got his left hand on the plate before the tag was applied. Oh well, IUP must win the next game to force the 3rd and deciding game.

I get there wasn’t a good angle for a review. But I didn’t have an issue with the call based on how it looked it real time. It was a close play, but the throw beat him. All I’m saying. It was a risky decision to tag and send the runner there.
    Certainly agree very risky call.

It was a ballsy decision to send the runner. I don't think many coaches would have done so in that spot -- especially with a reliever who appeared pretty shaky.

The 1B was off balance after the catch which likely led to sending him. What a sequence on that stage.

Arm was way under the tag. Better camera he's safe 10 of 10
