Nice round of intra conference play there to help with region seeding.
Stonehill is no longer in D2.

They were an up-and-down young team. They didn't look too impressive at Ship, but they did have some excellent individual talent. A couple of their pass rushers were excellent.

They really need a W vs Bentley or with SRU visiting Farrell in week 2, the G'RAMS are staring at an 0-2 start. That would be almost fatal in the East.

The NE-10 has been ravaged in recent years by schools moving to DI-AA/FCS and being forced to bring in schools with much weaker and/or not previously established programs. Also, if you're a PSAC team in the eastern half of Pennsylvania, who are your most logical non-conference opponents geography-wise? Besides Lincoln, Bowie State, and potentially nearby DI-AA/FCS teams (who in many cases would risk incurring a loss to the PSAC team), there aren't exactly many opponents who make sense.

                      Well, IUP over-hype is a long-standing tradition.

Of course, that over-hype consists of about 10 dudes on a D2 message board.

But, their expectations should be high. Putting up another 7-3 with 18 starters back would be a disaster.

I think their culture will be much better this year.

There are but nobody wants to play a D3 school for the same reason the FCS teams don't want to play PSAC teams.

Getting through the first five weeks, @SHIP @ESU MC SRU @CAL will tell the tale. Ideal would be 5-0, realistic 4-1, downside 3-2. Time will tell.

                            Correct. I'm cautiously optimistic.
