  • Statue at WCU

There is a statue at West Chester that a Shepherd photographer noticed Saturday. What a great story. I tried to add them but probably f'd up somewhere along the way. Kudos to him and the Golden Rams Click image for larger version

What’s the statue for? I can’t read the text in that picture and when I zoom in it just gets blurry.

Honoring WCU former QB who was the copilot on flight 175, the second plane to hit the WTC on 9/11.

there is more info on the plaque about the player and his background. Sorry I can’t remember it all off the the top of my head. I will also try to post the picture.

I remember being at the game when the statue was dedicated. It was quite an emotional experience to be sure...
