I didn't know that. Gotta always check your facts before you post on here. Nothing slips by, LOL.

The rest of that is your opinion. Granted, that’s what a message boards are built on. But did you know Frank? Ever sit down and talk to him? Ever find out his philosophy on athletics and college? Ever talk to him about the benefits of sports to kids who needed discipline? He had his faults but who doesn’t? I’m curious if you knew him at all.
Frank was a great human. I had numerous conversations with him over my years at IUP then after he "retired." He actually felt like he could save the world at times and that was almost to a fault that gives him the bad rap outside of IUP.

Some people just spout out without doing their research. I'm sure you know that!

He is still the best coach in the history of the Pee Sack.

Not to belabor this point but in defense of myself I was just going on stats another poster had posted. I usually comment on things where I'm confident they are correct. But I jumped the gun on this and was contrite when it was pointed out. My initial thought about Fowler was that he had the potential and I hope the young man finishes his career on a high note.

BTW, I have been wrong before. I think the last time was in 2023.

I’ve never been wrong. I don’t know the sensation.

If you’re referring to the stats I posted, they come directly from the Ferris State football website. The larger point I was making is I’m not sure there will be a big D1 market for him, but that’s just one person’s opinion.

I guess we'll know pretty soon. I took another look at FSU's stat page. First of all, Fowler was named to the 2nd Team all-GLIAC at DE, not the 1st Team.

His defensive stats are below. Note that this is over 15 games, inclusive of playoff games. He did lead the team in sacks but sacks were spread around on the defense. 4 sacks is not a high number over 15 games. TFL's, again 8.5 in 15 games is not a high number. 21 solo tackles in 15 games is not a high number. When you throw in assists, 50 total tackles in 15 games is not very high, either. So, make of it what you will. When he was at IUP as a freshman, I thought he was possibly a D1-caliber player. I guess we'll be watching this.

Uh, might want to keep these to OT threads. BTW, Crude is down 6% as I post this. Thanks for the tip! LOL

And in MI they went down today.10-15 cents. and reports are that they are heading lower yet. Maybe it's dependent on location?
