alright i'll give this a shot: here is my best guess based on what i know today
West:
Rock - They return QB1 and the most dynamic playmaker in league in Jayjay Jordan
Cal - I was selling on this team hard until i saw their transfer class, led by the biggest splash transfer of the offseason at QB, that will have them in the mix. shocked no one is talking about him
IUP - a lot of moving parts here, still a lot of talent tho, could be a team that finds themselves in the mix if things start coming together, schedule should help with that
Clarion - I think they'll pickup right where they left off on offense, if they have improved defensively they could shake up the top 3
Boro - much like Clarion, this is a team to keep an eye on that could shake things up - a little too much turbulence in the offseason for me to have them higher but they have a lot of pieces in place.
LHU - the Haven is going to be putting a strong team on the field but I think the QB position will hold them back a bit. if they find an answer there, they could climb this list
Gannon - another year of heavy turnover on the roster. they found their QB, if they put some pieces around him they will be good enough to pick some people off
SHU - they lost a lot on the defensive side of the ball last year which has been their strength, offensively they lost their do it all RB, not a lot to hang your hat on
East - not nearly as close to things here but this would be my guess
Kutz - all of super region 1 is looking up at the Golden Bears, they look loaded for a deep playoff run
Shep - found their stride late in the season last year, i think they pickup where they left off
ESU - the Warriors remain stuck on the tier 2 bubble
Bloom - Bloom is my team to watch in the East, if they find an answer at QB they could make some noise
WCU - hard to believe they are staring down the barrel of a 3rd straight losing season
Ship - the Red Raiders landed some nice players this offseason, things could be starting to turn
Millersville - a lot of work to do here for the new ball coach
Lackawanna - complete question mark to me, they have some talent on the roster for sure and look to have put together a very good staff but are very young overall. not sure how it all translates but Clarion makes the trip out there early...interested to see what happens
