Millersville (+7.5) at Glenville State: Both teams have a new coach. Last place in the PSAC East is better than 6th in the MEC, plus Ville has the edge with Folmar.

Charleston (+7.5) at California: I have some hesitations about Cal, but this should be a good game. Cal by 10.

Bloomsburg at Fairmont State: Even more hesitations about Bloom.

Kutztown at Assumption (+21.5): Will Brian Kelly be in attendance?

West Virginia Wesleyan (+24.5) at Clarion: WVW will be well-coached, but that cupboard is bare. Clarion still has some dogs after some tough turnover.

IUP (+3.5) at Ashland: Who knows which IUP team will show up - the 3/4 of the roster online or the one they believe they are? Ashland is at home and is very good. Too good.

Ohio Dominican (+7.5) at Edinboro: ODU's national sports media honeymoon comes to an end in Edinboro. Besides, beating a Pioneer League team isn't that impressive.

East Stroudsburg at Pace (+28.5): A nice little jaunt up to Pleasantville.

Frostburg State (+3.5) at Shepherd: This will also be a good game but I expect Frostburg to prevail.

Lock Haven at American International (+10.5): Schedule the parade.

West Liberty (+5.5) at Seton Hill: West Liberty is young and hungry. Seton Hill is pretending to play D2 football.

West Chester at Lincoln (+17.5): Yawn.

Marshall (+24.5) at Penn State: I think Penn State will oddly finish the season not far off from where James Franklin would have had them.

Clemson (+10.5) at LSU: Lane Kiffin is a clown.

Bloomsburg at Fairmont State Will continue to show they are next up in the MEC

Kutztown at Assumption (+21.5) Yawn over by halftime

West Virginia Wesleyan (+24.5) at Clarion. Clarion back to the basement will struggle to score points may still squeak out the overall dub not covering.

IUP (+3.5) at Ashland Typical slobber knocker with Ashland pulling away by two scores late.

Ohio Dominican (+7.5) at Edinboro Close win for the Scots neither defense shows up.

East Stroudsburg at Pace (+28.5) Close until the 4th quarter then ESU explodes for 35 points.

Frostburg State (+3.5) at Shepherd will pull it out late but won't cover. winning by 3.

Millersville (+7.5) at Glenville State - It may get wild but it won't be wonderful for Millersville.

Charleston (+7.5) at California - The smell of meth labs in the morning in the Mon Valley is too much for Charleston.

Bloomsburg at Fairmont State - I'm going with the Bloomies by a field goal in a low scoring game.

Kutztown at Assumption (+21.5) - I am just assuming The Fighting Amish are ready to shun everyone again.

West Virginia Wesleyan (+24.5) at Clarion - This game is two mangy dogs fighting over a rancid hot dog from Sheetz.

IUP (+3.5) at Ashland - This pick is more of a wish.

Ohio Dominican (+7.5) at Edinboro - A few year ago they would have rolled the Groundskeeper Willies but but the OD program has ODed.

East Stroudsburg at Pace (+28.5) - There is no way they get past week 1 without running up the score on somebody to pad stats for the Harlon Hill race...

Bloomsburg at Fairmont State: Feels like a coin flip game to me as the Bloomies return to Fairmont for the second straight season
Kutztown at Assumption (+21.5): Last two games have been KUBs blowouts
West Virginia Wesleyan (+24.5) at Clarion: The party in Buckhannon ends with the Clarion-ettes killing Jumping Jack U's momentum
IUP (+3.5) at Ashland: After five straight Red Chickens wins over Ashland, the Iggles stole a win at Miller last season... All but one game in this series has been decided by one score
Ohio Dominican (+7.5) at Edinboro: In the first-ever meeting between the two programs, Scotties start building on last year's momentum (still can't believe they beat both Cal and Slippy Rock last year)

Millersville (+7.5) at Glenville State - Marauders redemption arc is a work in progress.

Charleston (+7.5) at California - I like Charleston to keep this within a TD.

Bloomsburg at Fairmont State - Bloom's experienced defense holds it down and earns a big road win.

Kutztown at Assumption (+21.5) - the Greyhounds seem to be returning some talent. I'll take a chance and say they cover.

West Virginia Wesleyan (+24.5) at Clarion - WVW has a new coach, new QB, and new outlook on the season. I think they can score enough to cover the spread.

IUP (+3.5) at Ashland - After finally getting the IUP monkey off their back last year, they win this one more comfortably.

Ohio Dominican (+7.5) at Edinboro - I think Boro wins, but the new coach introduces enough uncertainty for me to take the points. ODU could win this one outright.

East Stroudsburg at Pace (+28.5) - Enough with the Pace games please. If this isn't a blowout, we're in trouble.

Frostburg State (+3.5) at Shepherd - I'm taking Frostburg to win outright. I think they're the best team in SR1 outside the PSAC.

Lock Haven at American International (+10.5) - This would've been competitive in 2022.

West Liberty (+5.5) at Seton Hill - WL looked much improved in Game 1 of the Salisbury Era. They might mess around and win this one.

West Chester at Lincoln (+17.5) - The Lions had been improving... now they're back in the doldrums.

IUP (+3.5) at Ashland- Slugfest again, points will be tough to come by. Ashland is due for a run in this series.

Frostburg State (+3.5) at Shepherd- I don't think the Rams have the offense to keep pace. High scoring game, similar to last year with the Bobcats just out of reach. something like 38-28. I need to see it from the Rams first, offense has been very inconsistent for the last 2 years. Ernie didn't hire an OC it looks like, so it's all on him.
