1. Where would you have it held? Players can sometimes get invites from local schools, which leads me to
2. Cost. If its anything like all-star games, then players have to pay their own way to get to the location.
Will Walton doesnt need a combine or pro-day invite if he already has a contract signed. The contract was signed on March 18, two days before the Wake Pro Day (of which WSSU has been a regular participant).
CFL Transactions for 2019 involve:
WR Douglas McNeill III, Bowie State (Saskatchewan)
WR Will Walton - WSSU (Toronto)
DL Lonte Morton- VUU (Montreal)
DB Brian Walker - Fayetteville State (Edmonton) <-------Walker also participated in Wake's pro day in 2017.
Active CIAA players
RB William Stanback - VUU (Montreal)
CB Rudy Johnson -WSSU (Saskatchewan)

Re: Pro Day
I would ask two additional questions:
1. Would an all CIAA Pro Day draw enough attention from scouts to justify having it?
I won't pretend to be an expert when it comes to the draft and Pro Days, but I would assume you need to have some "draws" to pull in multiple scouts. Does the CIAA annually have enough graduating talent to justify a good amount of scouts coming to a Pro Day?
2. Would any of the facilities in the CIAA be ideal enough to maximize players results?
February and March can be a real gamble when it comes to weather in NC and VA, and no CIAA school has an indoor practice facility. Therefore, you run the risk of having players competing against the elements. The positive about the WSSU guys attending the Wake Pro Day is that they got to test in Wake's indoor practice facility. Also, I believe both VSU and VUU have grass (and I know that grass at VUU is terrible). I'm not sure how either schools fields would look in the late winter/early spring.
However, you could be on to something with Richmond. Since the Redskins training camp is there, maybe the CIAA schools could rent those facilities to host a Pro Day. Not sure if they have an indoor facility, but I would think the turf should be top notch at a minimum.

Re: Pro Day
Good points but that Wake Facility is new and they had been doing Pro Day outside for years.
I guess the real test would be how many CIAA players are participating in other schools Pro Days. That would give a good indication.
My whole point is that there are quality players in the CIAA as well as other small conferences that get overlooked for NFL. I have read articles of schools not even wanting these smaller school players at their Pro Days for fear they would outshine their players.
Prime Example of how big of school coaches act.
