UNA year 2 post breakup

That's cool! I'm not sure if we've ever played the Jackrabbits in anything before when they were D2. I'm looking forward (or maybe not, lol) to our guys facing off with Indiana and Florida State this season. Our women's team comes up near you twice to play Iowa and Iowa State.

I've been to games at both Iowa schools. Great fan following for the women.

Being a Delta State guy I sure miss one of our biggest rivals. From the late 90's until you guys left we had some great games. I live about half way between Cleveland and Florence and we didn't miss many of the matchups.

So, I bumped this old thread to share a crazy clip of UNA being featured on ESPN this past football season.

The Lions finished 3-4 in their first season in the Big South Conference and 4-7 overall with a full-FCS schedule. They were down big in this game but the crew got a kick out of the last few seconds of this late-season matchup with eventual conference champ and playoff team Monmouth.
