The NCAA has a travel metrics site they use. I don't know what it is and I don't exactly what they use for start and end points. But the measured distance when traveling by ground from Wingate to West Florida was over 600 miles.

He doesn't seem to want to acknowledge that fact. He'd rather bash the GSC as if we get special treatment. The NCAA doesn't use mapquest, obviously, but this link does show UWF and Wingate are just over 600 miles apart.
