Former Louisiana Tech DB Transfers to Delta State

I don't really care, I just want there to be some news about Delta State on the board. These D1 transfers are always hit or miss. It was the same when I was playing JUCO and was the same when I was playing at DSU. Hopefully Ephraim Kitchen will be a hit for us this season.
