Look good on paper but in the grand scheme of things that doesn't mean much. I've watched some of Robles highlights and he certainly looks like a really good fit for the Argos offense. After the expectations of last off season (Preseason #1 in most rankings) and how the season actually went, I'm thinking contending for a playoff spot seems possible. With my limited time following GSC football I'll go out on a limb and say there will be a team that is expected to make a playoff run that will falter into mediocrity and a team with no expectations that will make the playoffs.

Sam Vaughn (2200 yards and 20 TD's 2018) will be back this fall to compete for the starting QB spot. The Argos bring back most of the offense and some experience on D. Loosing Coach Desse will certainly affect the team but with an offense that has been together for several years it may not be that detrimental.

Did he petition for another year? He was listed as a Redshirt Senior last year.

On the current roster, he's been moved from the numbered part of the page down to the bottom with no number.

That's what I thought so when I saw him on the roster I contacted the coaching staff and was told he will be eligible this fall.

That would be strange but stranger things have happened. Maybe because he never saw the field at UGA they didn't count one of those years, like the 4-game mulligan transfer guys are getting now.

Yes it is if he is healthy, would be great to have some depth and experience back at QB.

I didn't think to inquire about the specifics of his eligibility but I'm sure there will be an article about the QB's in the pnj or the Voyager soon.
