West Florida put up 42 on McNeese, LSU only put up 34.

Am I saying UWF is better than LSU? No.

But LSU passed for 180 yards against McNeese and had a TOTAL of 306 yards.
Austin Reed and UWF PASSED for 380 yards and put up a total of 466 yards.

West Florida passed for exactly 200 more yards vs McNeese than LSU did and UWF put up 8 more points.

Again, I'm not saying West Florida is better than LSU. What I am saying is West Florida's offense is at an incredibly elite level and it will be interesting to see if anyone can find answers to stopping it.

UWF could have easily put 100 on the board if they wanted to tonight. I didn't see the Valdosta game, maybe the same could be said for them. I saw they completely dominated as well.

I watched most of the game and the McNeese defense looked a lot more motivated against LSU. Seems pretty likely that the Cowboys may have overlooked our little D2 Argos seeing as they had a trip to Baton Rouge in week 2. Cody Orgeron was 31/47 for 367 yards with 2 TD's and rushed 15 times for 35 yards and 1 TD against UWF. He was only 10/20 for 91 yards and 1 TD, and rushed 15 times for -60 yards against LSU. He was sacked 8 times and repeatedly hurried and hit, they sure didn't look like they were taking it easy on him.

The new head coach at McNeese (Frank Wilson) was also an assistant at LSU for 6 years.

Seriously though, I'd have to say that after how my Hurricanes and the Noles played you guys might be up there with UCF as the 2nd best football team in the state behind UF.
