Very strange to see a school win a preseason poll with a single-digit number of votes

The interesting part is with the scheduling alliance with conference carolina, all the teams that were in the GSC last year still play GSC schools.
NGU- plays all 4 GSC teams
SHORTER- plays UWF
CHOWAN- Plays UWF,VSU,UWA
ESKINE-Plays DSU

We'll see how it plays out once the season starts rolling.

It really wouldn't surprise me at all is both NGU and UNCP pick up early season wins again their GSC opponents.
