And Marvin is right, the matchup of Bowie St and West Florida won't happen. Bowie State could end up hosting an SR1 team like Shepherd, based on the new rules for setting first round games.

I would disagree with this, the SIAC is in good position to get an earned berth and take the 7 seed, all this really does is assume the VSU's win. Plus as mentioned above WF isn't playing Bowie.
