"Mountain" Division:
Carson-Newman

Virginia-Wise
Mars Hill
Limestone

Other Division (name unknown):
Lenoir-Rhyne
Catawba
Newberry
Wingate
Barton

You play the other 4 teams in your division and the division champions meet in a championship game.

Per SAC Release they can play up to 3 non-conference games.

I believe this was ruled out some time ago.

I would not read too much into the Barton thing. It is a weird year and no one really expects Barton to win the division and play in the championship game.

Including Barton made sense so they could balance the divisions. Nothing more to it than that. Barton is not eligible for the championship game on April 17.
