First LR Home Game

Im definitely a fan of the whole 8/28 day, but do we really have to move the first home game of the year to a Friday night just so we can play the same night as the local calling code? Many people get off work Friday at 5PM and will barely have time to make it to kickoff, much less the tailgate. Seems like a strange trade off to me…..

I do not know the reasons for this date BUT I do know Friday Nights are HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL.
