Tuskegee's Returning to Turkey Day Classic

Looks like for at least 2021 Tuskegee will skip out on a potential playoff bid and play Alabama State in the Turkey Day Classic. This will be their first time playing in the game since 2012.

From 2013 - 2019 Tuskegee made the playoffs 4 times. 2013 and 2014 they loss close first round matchups to GSC schools, in 2015 they made it to the third round and 2016 they made it to the second round. Even though they went 9-2 in 2017 they didn't make the playoffs and 2018 and 2019 they sported 5-5 seasons.

I think missing the playoff made this past few years made this game happen. I like playing Bama State but also enjoyed see how we stacked up in the rest of D2. Just hope we are improved because 5-5 the past two seasons has been tough

I hear that lol. yeah the past few years of us not making the playoffs probably had the old alumni wanting back in the Turkey Day Classic as well as us needing to make some money.
