Well they went 3-8 with Monica last year and went 3-8 this year. Seems about the same to me.

Three head football coaches in three months. Monica's contract was not renewed in Dec '18 to be replaced by Atterberry who leaves in Mar '19 for health reasons and quickly replaced by Shipp just prior to the start of spring practice. The AD leaves during the summer so we have an Interim AD who is already the Head Women's Tennis Coach and the Senior Woman Administrator. Now our Director of Athletic Communications and Associate Athletic Director is leaving in a week or so for a position at Texas Woman's.

Do you think there are any specific GAC or other D2 ADs they will go after?

Not sure if there is anyone being targeted but they must have D2 experience.

LOL! That's D2 Athletic Director experience. I'm out because we were NAIA when I played.

Usually the AD oversees all staffing decisions. Along with sometimes the Board.
