How will they finish?

Come this Saturday we’ll start the back side of conference play. What are your predictions as to where GAC teams will finish as we move into the POs. Here are my predictions.

Harding 11-0
SAU 10-1
HSU 9-2
ECU 7-4
ATU 6-5
OBU 6-5
SEO 5-6
UAM 4-7
SWO 4-7
SNU 3-8
OKBU 3-8
NWO 0-11

The best chance for the Bisons to get a loss is this Saturday. Hopefully the bus doesn’t break down like last time we played the Reddies in Arkadelphia.

I wouldn’t be surprised either way if SAU takes another loss or not. It would be nice to see another GAC program in the playoffs and try to get a win.

Northwestern still has a few chances for a win against SNU or UAM, and maybe they can get the rivalry week game against SWOSU at home.

I can’t lie I don’t see OBU losing another one besides Henderson. Will be crazy to see the Purple Tigers with a 7-4 record though. I think they’re starting to pick it up with some experience under their belt, especially for their young cats. Who knows, may even play spoiler to Henderson! I’m interested to see SWOSU down the back stretch, good performances versus HSU and SAU, interested to see if that was just back to back flukes from their opponents or if they have a little something shaking in Weatherford!

OBU Grad recently shared that Tenbarge, OBU starting QB, is out for the remainder of the season. They’ll be playing a freshman QB for the rest of the season. I think 6-5 is more realistic.

I agree with you about the Bulldogs. They put up a dominate performance against a SNU team that’s on the skids. I’ve got them finishing 4-7, but could be 5-6.
