Saginaw Valley @ Ferris State - Saginaw gets no relief after back to back losses. Ferris should have a good idea on how to really slow the Sagniaw offensive attack being that they run a version of the same offense. On the defensive side Sagniaw has given up alot of points the last two weeks and that trend should continue in this one. Ferris will really look to stack up the running yards in this one on their way to a victory. FSU by 21

Michigan Tech @ Ashland - I have had an overconfidence with Ashland with my picks this year and an under confidence with Tech so Im hopefully learning from my mistakes with this pick. Ashland is really hard to get a read on this season, if the team that played the 4th quarters versus GV and Wayne shows up in this one they get the win, if not they lose. I think its becoming clear that Tech is a solid football team and I am going to take consistency over potential in this one. Tech by 10

Wayne St. (Mich.) @ Northwood - The losing streak for Northwood has continued and I don't see any change to that this week. Wayne has struggled a little vs the top teams on their schedule but they have really made their hay versus the rest of their schedule. A change in quarterback last week seemed to open up their passing game more and look for more of the same this week. Wayne by 17

Davenport @ Grand Valley St. - Davenport has been hot and cold from game to game and even half to half this season. The Davenport offense has really struggled against some of the better defenses this season and even with the GV being a little banged up I see that trend continuing. Albeit verses NMU, the GV offense had their best performance of the year and will look to carry that momentum into this one. I think this game moves more along the lines of the 2017 meeting and not the 2018 meeting. GVSU by 24
