Looks like Chambliss and Schierholz both entered the portal recently. Chambliss already with 3 D1 offers. Who enters the season as QB1?

Off the top of my head it would be 1. Gulker 2. Carter 3. Bower but we won’t know for sure until the season starts

Why would these guys all wait until the middle of spring ball to transfer? Seems like spring practice would be a great time to establish yourself at a new place.

Painful to see all these transfers. I would think the OL guys are leaving due to Coach Parker leaving, but who knows. I'm not concerned about Chambliss leaving, as Gulker and company will pick right off where they left off. The OL transfers have me a little more nervous as it looks like they are losing 5 starters on the OL..

I mean.... going from being a top D2 quarterback to a D1 school at even a low level FBS school I can see being a potential starter. Going to an SEC school though? That's a pretty big jump for a quarterback.

Just the sad state of affairs today for D2 sports. They are a D1 farm system now.

Yea, odds are this won't be his final stop, unfortunately. So many of our D2 stars end up getting a rude awakening when they go up too high.

Great thing about a 2 qb system, at least we have a guy coming back with some experience. Trinidad got his Natty (maybe could have gotten a HH) and went for the bag. Wonder how much he's getting? Ferris should have up'd their offer 😁
