I’m looking forward to the Upper Iowa/Michigan Tech game. I think it will be competitive and close in the end. Last season UIU blocked a lot of kicks and forced a lot of turnovers. I can’t recall if they have blocked any this year but they have forced turnovers. If they can win the turnover battle and their offense keeps rolling I think they might surprise Tech.

Saginaw Valley at New Haven After the 2 losses Saggy has put up, they have to have some pride, right? New Haven? Come on saggy you can beat these ponies.. right? Right?
Davenport at Northern Michigan NMU is playing better and will beat someone soon. Just not this week.
Wayne State at Wisconsin-La Crosse Wayne surprised me last week.. Or should I say Findlay did. DIII over DII this week.
Roosevelt at Wisconsin-Oshkosh The Lakers almost pulled one out last week, but nope. I'm going with the home team in a pretty close battle
Rio Grande at Ferris State This game will be as competitive as GV's next week's exhibition
Upper Iowa at Michigan Tech Tough one to call IMO. But MTU has played well every week. That's going to continue so the Peacocks will fly home with a loss.

I’d love it to be an easy win for Wayne State but I’d pick Oshkosh or LaCrosse to beat a good deal of lower tier d2 teams.

They are a mess from top to bottom. I'd like to see them release Wheatley during the season, throw in Robinson too.

If it weren't for pesky Wisconsin politics (where the only UW school allowed to offer scholarships for football is UW-Madison), the WIAC schools would be pretty dominant if they were full-time GLIAC schools (except against Ferris and GV)...
