    I imagine he's looking for a D1 opportunity.

Amazing vision, great agility, and deceptively fast.
    Cool Story Bro

Transferring to Mizzou as a Preferred Walk-On:
          https://twitter.com/thebeast_cody/st...822097413?s=21

Coach Nez continues his standard of being incredibly high-class by putting out a really nice note:

Tough hit to the Truman backfield, though. Hopefully he gets a legitimate shot in Columbia!

You had to guess this is where his ultimate goal was. Congrats to Cody! You are correct this is a big blow to the Bulldog offense. The graduation of Jaylen Jefferson leaves a lot of unknowns in the Bulldog running game.

I'll be pulling for Cody at Mizzou. He has a HUGE hill to climb to get onto the field in Columbia and against SEC competition. Even through Tyler Badie will be playing Sundays next year, the Tigers still have a good amount of talent.... as is the case with most power 5 schools.

            Young, Elijah
            RUNNING BACK 5'9" 185 LBS
SOPHOMORE KNOXVILLE, TENN. SOUTH DOYLE- Got the most carries of all returning Mizzou RBs. Will probably be slotted as RB1.

            Jackson, Bryce
            RUNNING BACK 5'7" 210 LBS
FRESHMAN COLUMBIA, MO. ROCK BRIDGE- Smaller back. Seems to have really good vision, especially on cutbacks. Actually runs kinda like Cody Schrader.

FRESHMAN CHESTERFIELD, MO. MARQUETTE- Walk-on Freshman. Had offers from pretty most of the the GLVC and MIAA schools and a handful of FCS

Cody had 17 carries for the Tigers last night. 70 yards and a Tuddy.

if the blocking is there, his vision plays. It was cool to see that patented Schrader cut back vs FBS competition last night.

Unrelated note, Luther Burden is going to be a problem for the SEC.

Losing players in the portal is not so bad when they actually get playing time at their new schools.

Only 12 percent of D2 kids that entered the portal found a new four-year home.

Mizzou is getting Schrader free as a PWO too. It will be interesting to see how much room he has vs SEC defenses.

Anyone else notice Schrader still sporting a purple mouth piece?
Nice little nod to his Truman State roots.

Good to hear! Respect for him.

Some of the very best backs have come out of the GLVC - Schrader, McKeller, Clinton...
