The high school football capital of the universe is not an understatement either. We were down there last year and within a 5 minute drive of where we were staying there were three high school stadiums with 8000 plus capacity

Should be a warmer choice than Kansas City in December lol

Wow....how forward thinking of you to call it English football instead of soccer. You must like it more than you let on.

I was in it last week watching the Allen vs. McKinney high school game. Wonderful venue (smaller than Allen's, but very nice) with a good deal of parking and a LOT of things you'd need nearby. I highly recommend the venue and area (since it is 10 minutes from my house!).

As long as the ref's mic works better than last week, we have a major win here!

I was really hoping they'd put it in The Ford Center within the Star in Frisco ... Domed, beautiful and in the same general area.

this site is actually pretty accessible to the MIAA's southern flank teams. UCO is only 213 miles away and Pitt is 342 miles--both turn-around day trips. of course, both teams could potentially wind up playing there soon, and often. MOSO and NEOK don't matter; the D-2 championship game might as well be staged on the moon for all the likelihood either would manage to get there or to mckinney.

It's my understanding that McKinney is very affluent part of Texas. That stadium is something else from the pics I've seen.

Only 9 hours from Maryville and all 4 lane. That's better than the Florence trips we used to make. The area and stadium are polar opposites.
