One big upset this week as 76% called Hays. 10 members called Western and the other 5 favorites to take honors for the week at 6-0.
2 of the 10 (BearcatDude & Papa Bearcat) also called the Pitt upset and the other 5 favorites last week so they are the co-leaders.
In case anyone other than me is wondering, 3 is the record for most perfect weeks to start the season. Javabean in 2017 (wound up 80% & 5 games back), BigBadBod in 2016 (wound up 85% & 3 games back) and 19 members in 2013. 3 of the 19 (bearcat42, loper legionnaire & MEAN GREEN MACHINE) went on to be tri-champs winning 88%. There was only one upset in the first 3 weeks of 2013 and that wasn't much of an upset as 49% called the Western win over CentralMO in week 1. It all came to an end in week 4 as the 2 members that called the Baptist upset of Southern had 3 & 6 losses after 3 weeks.
Back in 2007, the year Ichabod Washburn went 42-3, nobody made it out of week 2 undefeated as only 3 members called the Western upset of Pitt in week 2 and all 3 were not perfect in week 1.
