Has anybody else heard this? 1-4 seeds stay at home in each region. 5-7 seeds could possibly get shipped to another region closer to save travel costs.

John Coffey and the other reporter were talking about yesterday during the Bearcat game. They said it's a new NCAA travel policy or rule.

If this is the case, does the GLIAC and GLVC get weighted above the MIAA and GAC because of non-conference scheduling? Why have regions at all? Why have conferences?
