An opportunity for Flohr to become HC and he is deserving of that. NW has been blessed to keep some very talented football coaches in control of things, but Flohr leaving gives RW a chance to make some changes on the offensive side of the ball.

No one knows if he will be successful but the Mel tree has not been that fruitful once one departed the 'Ville. 'Boda and Will Wagoner are the only two that have any kind of success and the verdict is still out on AD. Bart Tatum, and Lambo failed miserably as head coaches. Is there someone else that I am forgetting?

Thanks Brandon. I was really only thinking about those that left NW to become a HC. Don't know anything about Earnest Collins and can't believe I forgot about Coach Mac.
I do think most will be considered failures when leaving to rebuild other programs, especially if they're compared to Northwest.
