No doubt they are better than 2019that was a bad year . By design. They put two grad students at Dt who hadn't played football. So they could red shirt entire signing class .

Roster is so young most of it didn't play a down in 2019

Actual sophomores, or covid sophomores.

IE: Pitt's qb is a "Sophomore" who has been here 4 years.

Not sure. But there isn't many and a bunch of them are juco transfers.

There are very few people on roster who played in 19 season and that's ok. And they are defenitly taking a leadership role.

I actually thought we would go winless again but start making the games closer at end of season. So I'm happy at what I saw today and season so far. I think we have a shot in two more games.
