For the record, if I recall correctly there was no difference in flights if UNK and UMD were kept in their home regions. This is one case where Priority #3 (avoiding rematches in the first round) actually has an effect.

I think OBU and WU are neck and neck. Both .500 SOS/OWP, both 3-2 versus >.500, WU 1-1 versus ranked, OBU 1-2 versus ranked.
