Been told the new rule make play into regions this year. If you are in region 4, I would imagine not very happy to see another region stealing a bid.

I don't think that's how it works. You get ranked in your own region then matchups are based on location/travel. You notice on there that it is essentially flipping Duluth and Kearney. Duluth is not in region 3 but for travel reasons they would play in our region with Kearney going to region 4.
