I hope this link will work. It is a witness statement on Twitter as to the death of a player in practice this past August. If this statement is true I would think there may be criminal charges and a huge lawsuit.

nope you are not mistaken, jucos can and always have been able to usually once they graduate bc they need the assoc degree to get into school

i was speaking about d2 to d1 in regards to traditionally having to sit out a yr
