Central Oklahoma by 28- This could be the closest game LU plays this season because no one is scared of this UCO offense and they have struggled on the road up until this point. However it’s pretty difficult to struggle against Lincoln for more than a few drives

Emporia by 7- This is always a fun game. Whichever QB plays the best will win and I think that’ll be Emporia.

Kearney by 14- Hays needs their QB back bad and even if they get him back I’m not sure if this team is talented enough to upset Kearney.

Pitt by 7- My heart wants to pick MoSo but I can’t do it. MoSo is a tough gritty team that just hangs around. This pick is solely based off history and hoping the MIAA has at least 1 great teams.

Northwest by 6- Mo West can play a similar game to UCO in running the ball, capitalizing on a few big plays and playing defense but I don’t think NW turns it over 5 times again this weekend especially being at home.

Central Missouri by 21- The Mules have been able to keep games relatively close until last week. They are the heavy favorite but there is a lot of pressure on Lamberson in this one because if they win narrowly very well could be looking at a 2-9 team.

Missouri Western @ Northwest Missouri - Total homer pick. It would appear that this is a really bad week to play NW, especially at home, considering that they will be angry and refocused after suffering the UCO stunner. Hoping that something similar to the NW team that we saw in Edmond shows up again, but that is probably a fools hope. We need NW to pl Time for a minor miracle.
Northeastern State @ Central Missouri - Going with the upset (?) here in what should be UCM's first win of the season, but I'm gonna take a chance on a Riverhawks team that has tasted victory, albeit against the worst team in the conference, against a Mule team that *might* be so broken from their murderer's row schedule under a new head coach that they find a way to lose at home on family day of all days. Lol. Lamberson's tenure is off to a rocky start to say the least. Hoping that he won't be able to turn it around while he's there, but I'm not gonna bet on that yet except to take a chance on this game.
