  • FHSU vs ESU

    Weekly reminder FHSU isn’t good.

ESU QB legit. Wide receivers solid to excellent across board. running backs look explosive but that may be Hays is just bad. Their defense creating pressure with 3 down lineman. Linebackers plug holes and fly around well. Secondary has been solid but again dono if that’s our offense is pedestrian or ESU is good.

long story short Hays sucks. ESU pretty solid. Not the best team I’ve ever seen but solid.

Didn’t figure this would be anywhere near a close game. Glad our backups are getting some much needed reps today. Unfortunate for the scoreboard though lol.

Bugs look like they're on a mission. Who do they have left?

Yes it is clear FHSU is down the last couple of seasons but I thought ESU played well overall. It was good indeed to get back-ups seeing some quality time. Let’s be frank, next game is going to be worse than even the FHSU game IMO. FHSU is down but Lincoln is a whole another level of bad.

It’s two weekend from now when the big game against Northwest Missouri State goes down in Emporia. That is a huge game for playoffs implications.

That week 11 matchup will be really good for ESU and NW.

Yeah. I think that one and Pitt/Washburn are the only 2 conference games left with much chance of impacting the playoffs.

I may have to come back to Emporia for that one.
