You guys are definitely in a difficult spot at NWMSU. Wright has led the Bearcats to the playoffs every year I believe, but yes the direction of the program overall seems to be trending down.

I think he can still probably coordinate some pretty elite defenses going forth but it is the offense that has really started trend downwards. Have seen the same issues with FHSU and their offensive woes the last few years (I believe Brown can still coordinate elite defenses in Hays).

It is very apparent Wright is no Adam Dorrel that is for sure. You’re starting to get that PSU feeling with Beck. Pitt State tried to say patient as long as possible, but finally had to pull the plug. And we now have all seen the upward direction they have taken with Brian Wright. So the question in the end is how long does NWMSU watch the trend go south before pulling the plug?

Yes, pretty obvious the Bearcat team and coaching has been going south for 2-3 years. Unfortunately, those defending the coaches will spout loyalty and reminders of recent playoff appearances (though weak appearances at best) as justification for continuing our downward spiral. The question will be is how rock bottom the ship is allowed to hit before change is made.

O how the ball rolls.it is way past time for a new head coach.he has done nothing but kill this great race car.he was handed the keys to the fastest race car in the country.now we have to put training weels on it.this shows how little the AD cares he needs to step in and fix this.all I can say is we as the bearcat nation is fuc ked.

Harder to build bottom up than maintain. Plus, he had a great DC who was doing what he did best.
