Yeah that's good news for you guys. Teams don't have recruiting windows anymore. It's a year round deal.

And shouldn't only be recruiting seniors, but sophomores and juniors too. I have already seen where MOSO women's basketball has offered two sophomores and two juniors.

        • NWMSU program was Mel T.

He is gone and so is your program. It was a nice long recruiting class.

He obviously knew he would have time and availability after November 11th.

            • The last half of the season home games at Pitt it looks like about a 50/50 split between game day visits from class of 24 and class of 25 kids.

                  • Wally is a twitter sleuth. I’m sure he has a couple spreadsheets set up for both years and already knows the twitter hashtag they are using.

Okay, I get it now. I got the impression that he was able to pick out who was who at the game.

Thanks for the kind words GT. Damus, my stalking is limited to X Threads and Instagram. I try not to be too awkward in person. Try.

This comparison will move the needle for absolutely no one... lol Mel built this program from a perennial bottom feeder. He deserves a lot of leeway. He had 5 years between NC appearances, RW is in year 7 and has never been after taking over a juggernaut of a program. I don't think it's Rich's fault that he started without a quarterback, but even you can see that this team has had a slow decay year over year on the offensive side of the ball. You could always hang your RW support hat on how great the defense was, but there has been a noticeable drop-off on that side of the ball this season as well. I'm not one that thinks he "deserves" to be fired, or that he even should be, but acting like these discussions are immoral is absurd. His seat should be HOT, and shifting blame away from himself in interviews is not a good look. This is year 7 and this program is not getting better from year 1, so the talk is valid. There's nothing wrong with questioning the recruiting strategies, the assistant coaches, etc., because I got news for you... the head coach is responsible for all of that.
