Sorry for the delay, the numbers nerd in me needed to do some research as I'll explain later.
Big upset week as 11 of the 45 making picks called Northwest, 3 called Emporia and nobody called CentralOK. Of the 3 that called Emporia, ichabodhater was the only one to also call Northwest and took honors for the week at 3-1.
10 members called Southern and 8 of those 10 called all of the other favorites took a goose egg for the week. Dating back to 2007 we have only had 9 weeks where anyone took a goose egg. 6 of those 9 were only 1 member taking the zero. But believe it or not, 8 does not set a record but instead ties the record for the most o-fers in a week. Week 2 of 2021 had 4 upset winners, a 50/50 game and a game canceled due to Covid. 8 of the 46 members making picks took zeros in that week also. There was only one member that week that only missed 1 game also.
