UCM wait until baseball season

Might have spoken to soon Mules start 2-1 best opening start since Kim Anderson. (Sarcasm)New freshman guard from Neb. Scored over 30 in two of the games. Played good competition also. Hope it continues.

I was begging them to bring in a 4th or 5th year quarterback for this season and not try and rely on a redshirt freshman with no experience. They did bring in JP and still had Omolo start the season over him until he got pulled at Mo West. JP showed what he could do and looked pretty damn good if you ask me but injured his foot immediately and hasn't been seen since. My dream scenario was that the Mules would have brought in Luke Sampson from Mo South for one year but I think he ended up at West Texas A&M and isn't on the roster now.

JP is a RS Senior, so I'm wondering if he can still take a medical redshirt and come back next year?
