NW #3/PS #5…no other MIAA teams in top 10. TSU is 7th in Region 3…it’d be cool to do a cross region game to save travel time and send TSU to NW to renew the Hickory Stick Rivalry.

Whatever became of the Hickory Stick Trophy exchanged between the winner of the Northwest and Truman rivalry games back in those old MIAA days? Do they alternate trophy case presentation of the Hickory Stick ... or what?

Whatever became of the Hickory Stick Trophy exchanged between the winner of the Northwest and Truman rivalry games back in those old MIAA days? Do they alternate trophy case presentation of the Hickory Stick ... or what?

NW won the last game vs TSU so the last knew it was still in NW’s trophy case. It would take a regular season non-con game or a playoff game with them to put it into play again. TSU played WU this year in a non-con game & I heard rumors we tried to set one up too but it didn’t work out
