Received an email today from CWU that James Gaudino will be stepping down from being president at CWU at the end of the next school year (July 31, 2021). Gaudino has done a lot for CWU, growing its campus and enrollment and has been a very strong supporter of CWU, finally managing to get their football field remodeled. Hopefully whomever they pick to replace him will continue to do so.

I was looking for info on this and see it was reported back in February. A search was to have been started on March 31st for a replacement,
Here is the link I found: https://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/...act%20is%20up.

CWU found a southerner for their next president. Jim Wohlpert, currently the dean at Florida Gulf Coast University will be the new president of CWU, earning a cool $400k. Being from the south, that's probably a good sign he'll support the football program.
