        Agreed. That was one of the most noticeable things I saw with our Natty team last year. All throughout the playoffs we had guys disappearing right and left, but every time it happened the guy behind them was ready to go and stepped up. We played 17 freshman in the national championship game....most of those weren't planned from day one, but you've gotta 1) recruit depth and 2) have that depth ready to roll when their name is called...both of which go directly back to the coaching staff.
