It took the newspaper in McAllen a FOI request to get it. It has a lot of insight on the numbers involved and how Title IX complicates things.

Needless to say TAMUK needs to wake the hell up if they haven't already. IF the movement from our fellow LSC schools to improve their current and future positions hasn't done the trick, maybe this will? Even if at the end of the day UTRGV doesn't follow through, I would hope the possibility of this happening would be the catalyst to do something! I am not holding my breath.
