The kid should never be allowed to play organized sports in the state again. There is taking a shot at someone to break their will and there is this. There is no place for it in the game. If it is found a Coach is behind it, his coaching and teaching cert should be voided.

At the very least, this further requires intervention from the UIL beyond what the Waco ISD took.
And some other background on the Waco Univeristy program. Their varsity just snapped a 47 game losing streak a few weeks ago. Any long time observer of high school football in Texas will tell you losing programs often have issues at all levels on and off the field including the leadership. That might be very un PC to say that, but that's the way it is.
