So....is this just another "why bother" game?

Should the poor Rams just stay home and avoid the embarrassment??

Is Carthel licking his chops and gonna hang 60+ on the team that shunned him.....because he REALLY ISN'T over it??

Or is he gonna play it smart and rest his key players for the play-offs?

With the change this week, could the Rams just be looking forward to next year?

Should ASU just go ahead and start an "OT - Curling 2020" thread?

In August, idiot me thought this might be the most crucial game of the season. *shrug*

    Thoughts? Not so thoughtful opinions?

Several of our main players were inactive or barely played last week (3rd string RB ran for almost 200 yards), hopefully some of them will be back this week to get a little action before (hopefully) playoffs. I'm nervous heading into this one because of the Wagner move. You never know how a team will react to something like that, and a new head coach leading the way. Teams with nothing to lose and everything to gain can be scary.

As for some kind of Carthel beef, I've never heard of anything like that. In fact he usually talks in good terms in regards to his playing days at ASU. I'm sure he's much more interested in just getting the win and avoiding injuries.

This is a basically a trap game for the Lions. Not playing well offensively and playing a team that according to Pops is on the right track with the right guy running the show.

My hope is TAMUC jumps on them early or else this could be a struggle all day.

Neema's dad came over and introduced himself at a local restaurant last sat after the game. Such a nice guy! Neema is having another incredible year.

Really wished we could have closed the deal on that kid. We have got to learn how to close the deal on some of these kids.
