Rams take 3 out of 4 from WT, but WT looked good. All three of the ASU wins were walk off wins, with two being in extra innings.. The three ASU wins were all close, with the only blow-out being the WT win.

The only concern I would have from a WT point of view is there inability to hold the lead in all three of their loses.

I think WT will have a very good season this year.

Buffs are a good team and certainly deserved better. Starters pitched well but the bullpen sucked. Starters pitched 25 innings and only gave up 14 runs. Relievers only threw 9 innings and gave up 10 runs. Hand it to ASU. They claim through and did what needed to be done. But 3 walkoff losses when you have the lead is not acceptable. Matt is going to have some tough decisions now when it comes to his bullpen.

I understand that we should be getting 2 primary relievers back from injury soon, and another potential good one if he continues to progress. My issue is that there is no excuse for relievers to consistently walk batters, hit batters & have wild pitches - so what are the other 8 guys out there for if you're not going to throw pitches to get the batter to swing. These 3 losses were all due to the walks, hit batters, wild pitches or combinations thereof.

Another good weekend for the Buffs. Swept TAMUL. Starting pitchers are doing well. Bullpen still a mystery. Got to find a way to hold leads. It will be another tough road trip this weekend at UT-Tyler.

Buffs finished fall practice with fall WS. Lots of depth on the mound and good team speed. Looks like a good ball club and will be exciting to watch next spring.

Good start for the Buffs. 3 of 4 from OBU. Weather may put a damper on next weekend vs ENMU.

I did not realize ENMU is already playing. Good news!

Buffs swept UTPB this weekend. Good pitching especially out of the bullpen. Got timely hitting and several multi-run innings. Tough series coming up next weekend at UT-Tyler.

Angelo playing .900 ball so far. Not too shabby!

Was suppose to play at Cameron but they had poor field conditions due to the weather. The game was moved to Wt.We play our first road game of the season at Ut Tyler this coming weekend.

That should be a good series.

Buffs take 2 of 3 and win series vs UT-Tyler. Face UA-Fort Smith at home next weekend.

Buffs (12-3) & ASU (11-2) currently are on top of LSC. Buffs at home this weekend while ASU is off. WT is pretty darn good and deserve a big crowd this weekend.
