How do Texas schools decide which system to try to align with? UT, A&M or Tech? In Minnesota it is the U system- Twin Cities, Duluth, Crookston and Morris. The rest of them are in the Minnesota State system and pretty much started out as teacher colleges.

Tech will let them keep their name (at least for now), They'll do anything to get more schools into their system.
