I would think 95%+ of coaches make that move regardless of how long they are there. Especially going from D2 bypassing FCS to FBS.

Well he came from TCU and was at SFA before that gig. I think the guy just likes to jump around. It works for some people, I had a high school coach that was one of my favorites. He moved every 2 to 3 years and liked it but his wife was miserable
