Coach Bruister if you are reading this, Kingsville is open

and BTW, has it ever been revealed why the WT coach got run off a few years back
Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things here, and drink whatever comes out?"

Thats interesting. He went from Arizona State and playoff appearances to D2 Kingsville and now back up to Akron.

Did the research and looks like he resigned from Arizona State for personal medical reasons.

Looks like he got past it in Kingsville and good luck to him.

I thought Arizona State let him go. His record was pretty good (46-12 and 35-22) but his predecessor had average 53 wins over 8 seasons and won a national championship.

Betsy Dean deserves credit for turning around the train wreck she inherited and giving Craig some solid players to start with, and he took it from there.

Coach Nicholson did an excellent job in Kingsville, best of luck to him. He came very close to getting the team in the final round this year.

Indeed he did and I hate to see him go. He lives in my community and I've gotten to know him and his family off the field. He also did a good job getting the local talent from some very good softball programs down here with state tourney/championships on their resume which much like other sports, get overlooked because a good number of mid major and big boy schools like to stick around the major metros of Houston, Austin/SA and DFW to do their in person recruiting work.
