Everything is fresh and homemade. I worked my way through Wt as a cook and I still enjoy cooking so it was good to get back into cooking.
In about a year I went from 268 to 228. Been stuck at 225 for a while. My gym recently closed, I need to get back to working out.

Good luck, it has been a wake-up call for me.
    Sorry I missed this post.

        Gotcha.

Have you tried rybelsus or ozempic? Same medicine. The first is in pill form the other in a weekly self-injection.

I am taking Byetta (daily injection) and Glimepiride
The Byetta is 40 micro-grams daily
Glimepiride is 10 millagams 2X daily

With the weight loss, the dosage of the meds has decreased.
I just need to drop another 20 lb's

Ozempic is so much better. Once weekly injection. I suggest you speak with your provider.

I've been on Qzempic for over 2 years. Easy peasey. Combined with a good low-carb diet, my A1C hovers in the 6.8-7.0 range. My latest 30 day glucose average is 118. Not too bad.

My fasting glucose was 104 and A1C was 6.1 before I have lost almost 30 pounds. Hoping to stay off meds but if this doesnt do the trick then making notes.
